The Team:
The Developer Experience team sits at the heart of engineering at Zopa, focused on making life easier, faster and more effective for every engineer across the business. We build and scale the internal platforms that power how teams develop, deploy and monitor software.
You’ll be joining at a pivotal moment. Zopa is investing heavily in modernising its engineering ecosystem as part of a wider transformation, with strong backing from senior leadership. The team works closely with experienced engineers across the company, giving you exposure to high-quality thinking, strong mentorship and meaningful technical challenges.
This is a collaborative, people-focused environment where success comes from working with others, not just building in isolation.
