LuxE are now seeking a talented Software Engineer to join the Software Engineering team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:

Contract Type: Permanent

Role Purpose: 

Design, develop, and optimize high-quality Go-based backend systems to enhance the e-commerce platform's performance, stability, and feature set.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Tackle complex challenges by analyzing, designing, and developing systems that solve technical problems and enhance our e-commerce platform.

• Collaborate closely with QA to build, test, and deploy new features smoothly and reliably.

• Continuously refactor and optimize the codebase to improve maintainability and long-term quality.

• Improve the performance, stability, and usability of live systems through ongoing enhancements.

• Participate in regular code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality.

• Document new applications and software solutions to ensure effective knowledge transfer within the team.

WHO YOU ARE

• At least 2-3 years of professional experience with Go.

• Familiarity with large-scale e-commerce systems and domain best practices.

• Expertise in database modeling

• Hands-on experience in designing and building secure, high-performance APIs.

• Knowledge of AWS services, including SQS, SNS, and S3.

• PHP knowledge, ideally with experience in the Symfony framework, is a plus.

• Strong team player with good communication skills in English.
