Where Automotive Meets Digital.

As a Senior AI Engineer you design, build, deploy and operate enterprise AI Agents with Azure Foundry and Databricks across different business departments like sales, legal, product management and operations.

We are looking for a motivated AI Engineer who combines strong software engineering skills with hands-on experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and cloud platforms (Azure, Databricks).
You are passionate about transforming business into an AI driven business and enjoy working at the intersection of technology, data, and business processes. Using AI to improve and automate the business internal and external processes.

 

Responsibilities:

·      Design, build, and operate AI agents and AI applications using modern AI frameworks and LLMs. (Azure Foundry, Databricks)
·      Integrate AI solutions with enterprise data platforms, APIs, and business applications.
·      Passion for transforming business processes through AI and creating measurable business value.
·      Develop monitoring and evaluation frameworks to measure AI performance and quality.
·      Understand and use GitHub CI/CD pipelines and AI engineering best practices for productive operations.
·      Contribute to AI standards, reusable components, and engineering best practices.
·      Ensure AI solutions meet security requirements.

 

Requirements:

·      Hands-on experience designing, building, and operating AI applications and AI Agents in enterprise environments.
·      Strong expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and modern AI frameworks.
·      Proven experience with Azure AI Foundry, Databricks, and cloud-native AI solutions.
·      Solid software engineering background with strong programming skills in Python.
·      Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms, APIs, databases, and business applications.
·      Understanding of GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and AI engineering best practices.
·      Knowledge of AI evaluation, monitoring, and quality assurance frameworks.
·      Analytical mindset, structured working style, and strong problem-solving skills.
·      Academic degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a comparable qualification.
·      Fluent in English & Spanish
