We are looking for an IT CRM Technical Lead who is collaborative, innovative and solution-oriented based in our HQ office in Brussels, Belgium.

 

About the role

As an IT CRM Technical Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our global customer engagement technology ecosystem. You will lead the architecture and evolution of our customer relationship management platform while supporting a major transformation to next-generation technologies. Working at the intersection of business, data, digital engagement, and artificial intelligence, you will help create secure, scalable, and data-driven solutions that enable better engagement with healthcare professionals and ultimately support improved patient outcomes.

 

Who you'll work with

You will be working in a team that partners closely with commercial, medical, marketing, data, and digital technology colleagues worldwide. You will collaborate with product owners, enterprise architects, data specialists, artificial intelligence experts, external technology partners, and delivery teams. Together, you will drive innovation, ensure platform excellence, and deliver technology solutions that support global business priorities.

 

What you'll do

  • Lead the technical strategy, architecture, and lifecycle management of the global customer relationship management platform (ex US), ensuring reliability, scalability, and long-term business value
  • Drive the migration to the next-generation customer relationship management platform, overseeing solution design, integrations, testing, deployment, and operational readiness
  • Design secure, scalable, and future-ready technology architectures that support customer engagement, digital channels, reporting, content management, and business growth
  • Define and govern customer relationship management data architecture, enabling high-quality, trusted, and connected data across the broader commercial technology ecosystem
  • Enable artificial intelligence-powered capabilities by ensuring data, integrations, and processes are designed to support analytics, automation, and responsible artificial intelligence solutions
  • Provide technical leadership to delivery teams and strategic partners, ensuring high engineering standards, effective governance, and successful project delivery
  • Build strong partnerships with business and technology stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical and impactful solutions

 

Interested? For this role we're looking for the following education, experience and skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 8 years of experience delivering enterprise technology solutions, including customer relationship management architecture, platform leadership, or solution design responsibilities
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management processes, customer engagement technologies, digital channels, integrations, and enterprise platforms
  • Proven experience designing end-to-end technology architectures with a focus on scalability, security, compliance, performance, and business value
  • Experience working with cloud platforms, application programming interfaces, system integrations, identity management, and modern software delivery practices
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence-enabled solutions, data platforms, and governance principles, including responsible and secure adoption of artificial intelligence technologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical audiences in a global environment
  • Fluent in English
