What you'll do

Work with a team of highly experienced engineers to design, build, and operate a multi-tenant Kubernetes platform

Drive the architecture and evolution of secure, isolated, and scalable multi-tenant Kubernetes environments, ensuring strong workload separation and resource governance

Contribute to cluster architecture, tenant isolation, and platform reliability improvements

Build and maintain scalable and highly available infrastructure on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)

Improve platform observability using OpenTelemetry (logs/traces) and VictoriaMetrics (metrics)

Implement and evolve networking solutions using Gateway API and Istio Ambient Mesh

Enforce platform security and governance using Kyverno policies

Work with GitOps-based deployment workflows using Flux, ensuring declarative, version-controlled platform and workload management

Work closely with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform

Participate in on-call rotations and operational excellence initiatives

What You’ll Need

Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (multi-tenant environments preferred)

Good understanding of cloud-native infrastructure and distributed systems
