Mission:

ATLAS is TEKEVER’s real-time geospatial intelligence platform — the operational brain behind military, security and civilian missions worldwide. It fuses live feeds from drones, radar, AIS, satellite imagery and field teams into a single Common Operational Picture (COP), so the people making decisions are always working from one clear, current truth.

It runs in some of the most demanding environments on earth — where being slow, wrong or offline is not an option. Armed forces, coast guards and national agencies rely on ATLAS every day to monitor borders, coordinate complex operations and protect lives. This is software where correctness is measured in consequences, not story points.

What will be your responsibilities:

  • Own features end to end — from the React interfaces operators depend on to the APIs, event-driven pipelines and data stores that fuse drone, radar, AIS, satellite and sensor feeds into a sub-second operational picture.

  • Build the operational frontend — real-time React UIs, state managed with Zustand and a fast pnpm-based toolchain, rendering live maps and the Common Operational Picture operators trust.

  • Build AI-first by default — break problems down, write the specs and context that make agents effective, and direct Claude Code to produce most of the implementation across the stack.

  • Be accountable for correctness — review, test and harden AI-generated code — frontend and backend — to a defence-grade standard. You own the output, not just the prompt.

  • Make the calls AI can’t — component and service boundaries, data models, state and data flow, failure modes, performance under load, and security in a high-assurance environment.

  • Keep ATLAS fast and reliable at scale — high-throughput streaming, real-time fan-out to operators, responsive interfaces, and graceful behaviour when the network is degraded or cut.

  • Raise the team’s AI-first craft — set patterns and guardrails across the stack, and help others get more leverage from the tools without dropping the quality bar.

  • Work with the mission — partner with product, design and operational teams to turn hard, real-world problems into software that holds up in the field.

Profile and requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience building and operating full-stack applications.

  • Strong frontend expertise with React, modern tooling (pnpm) and state management (Zustand).

  • Solid backend experience in at least one of: C#/.NET, Node.js/TypeScript or Python.

  • Strong understanding of API design, data modelling and distributed, event-driven architectures.

  • Hands-on experience using AI development tools (e.g. Claude Code).

  • Strong focus on code quality, testing, code reviews and software reliability.

  • Proven ownership, decision-making and ability to deliver solutions in ambiguous environments.

  • Motivated by building products with real-world impact in defence, security or humanitarian domains.

What we have to offer you

  • A dynamic and collaborative working environment, with the opportunity to make a real impact

  • A competitive salary package, aligned with your proven level of experience

  • Meal allowance and health insurance for employees

  • Bonus in line with company policy
