At STRV, Your Role Will Be To:

• Join our Backend team and focus on one project at a time

• Take ownership of the entire backend development lifecycle — from designing architecture, APIs, and cloud infrastructure to implementation and deployment

• Collaborate closely with Design, Frontend, Mobile, QA, and Product Management teams to deliver top-notch results

• Advise and mentor other engineers, sharing best practices and providing guidance when needed

• Contribute to shaping the future evolution of backend at STRV

We Expect You to Have:

• Strong experience in backend development, preferably with a background in Node.js (or other relevant technologies/languages)

• Experience developing RESTful or GraphQL services

• Experience with at least one relational and/or NoSQL database

• Proven experience with Docker and at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

• Experience with AI-assisted and/or agentic development — or an eagerness to explore and integrate AI into how you work

• A builder’s mindset: You take full ownership of what you ship. You’re not just "coding" — you’re creating, refining, and obsessed with the impact of the final product.

• Strong English communication skills — required, as you’ll be speaking directly with our US-based clients
