We are looking for a Senior UAV System Engineer with strong hands-on experience in flight control systems, integration, and tuning of industrial UAV platforms, to support the development and optimization of a drone system for wind turbine inspection and repair.

REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related field
Proven hands-on experience with ArduPilot
Strong experience with UAV systems (medium to large platforms)
Practical experience with dual GPS configurations
Experience implementing RTK systems
Strong PID tuning experience on UAV platforms
Experience with real-world flight testing and system integration U
Understanding of MAVLink communication
English at least B2
Nice to have
Experience with ROS2
Programming experience in C++ and/or Python
Experience working with companion computers (e.g., Jetson, Raspberry Pi)
Experience with LTE/telemetry systems in UAVs Tech Stack Flight Control & Communication
RESPONSIBILITIES
Integrate sensors and subsystems (GPS, RTK, cameras, rangefinders, etc.) into UAV platforms
Perform flight tuning and stabilization, including PID tuning Conduct on-site flight testing and validation
Troubleshoot system-level issues and optimize UAV performance
Configure and manage flight control systems (ArduPilot-based)
Support system integration across hardware and software components
Contribute to R&D activities depending on experience and project needs
