  • GitLab CI/CD (pipelines, runners)

  • Linux (enterprise-grade distributions)

  • Cloud platforms (Azure and/or other public clouds)

  • Hybrid & on‑prem infrastructure

  • Observability tools (logging, metrics, alerting – e.g. ELK stack)

  • Configuration management (Ansible – nice to have)

  • Networking & security tooling (DNS, load balancers, firewalls, certificates, secrets)

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure roles

  • Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / OpenTofu)

  • Proven experience designing, building, and operating CI/CD pipelines

  • Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills

  • Practical experience with Kubernetes and container-based workloads

  • Experience working in hybrid (cloud + on‑prem) and/or multi‑cloud environments

  • Familiarity with observability platforms (e.g. ELK stack, APM tools)

  • Experience with secrets management, identity federation (SSO), or Active Directory integration

  • Exposure to infrastructure or network automation (DNS, load balancers, firewalls via IaC or APIs)

  • Experience containerizing applications (e.g. .NET workloads)

  • Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow

Project description:

You will join a cross-functional platform team responsible for building a cloud-agnostic platform that enables workload portability across public cloud providers and on‑premises environments.
The platform is designed and operated using a shared responsibility model, where engineers collaborate across multiple domains instead of owning a single area end-to-end.
The role is intentionally broad, offering exposure to CI/CD, Kubernetes, infrastructure, security, and observability, with opportunities to specialize based on individual strengths and project needs.

Main responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code across cloud and on‑prem environments

  • Build, operate, and improve CI/CD pipelines supporting platform and infrastructure delivery

  • Contribute to Kubernetes-based container platform enablement, workload deployment, and lifecycle automation

  • Support Linux-based systems, including automation, patching, and hardening

  • Integrate infrastructure and services with observability and monitoring platforms

  • Contribute to security and identity automation (secrets, certificates, access models)

  • Collaborate with other DevOps engineers in a shared ownership model to deliver cohesive platform capabilities

  • Document solutions and actively support knowledge transfer to internal teams
