About the Project
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a team building and evolving modern mobile solutions used by thousands of users.
The mobile platform is being developed towards a modern architecture based on Native Shells, Native Modules, WebView, and Server-Driven UI (SDUI), enabling multiple product teams to work independently while maintaining a seamless user experience, high performance, security, and scalability.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute not only to application development, but also to the evolution of mobile architecture, engineering standards, and development processes.
Scope of Services
Design and develop Android applications using Kotlin and modern Android technologies
Contribute to the design and evolution of the target mobile architecture
Design and implement Android Native Shells and reusable Native Modules
Support application modularization and scalability initiatives
Integrate native Android components with WebView and Server-Driven UI (SDUI) solutions
Develop and maintain the Android Design System, including reusable UI components, documentation, and development guidelines
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX Designers, Backend Engineers, and other stakeholders
Participate actively in technical discussions and architectural decision-making
Implement user interfaces with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, consistency, and user experience
Refactor existing codebases and improve application maintainability
Participate in code reviews and pair programming sessions
Mentor and support less experienced team members
Implement automated testing strategies and quality assurance processes
Define and promote coding standards, best practices, and development guidelines
Create and maintain technical documentation
Ensure ongoing maintenance and support of existing solutions
Drive continuous improvements within the development team
Contribute to CI/CD processes, release management, and application delivery through Google Play
Work in an Agile product development environment
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Android application development
Strong commercial experience with Kotlin
Hands-on experience with:

Solid understanding of:
MVVM
Clean Architecture
SOLID principles
Object-Oriented Programming and design patterns
Experience designing and building complex mobile applications

Strong knowledge of Android UI/UX guidelines and best practices
Experience implementing accessible and user-friendly interfaces
