Join our team through an exciting VIE as an Industrial and Quality Engineer, based in Mungia, Spain ! You will work hands-on on high-impact projects, driving capacity improvements, layout optimization, and quality and safety enhancements. Main responsibilities : Industrial Performance & Capacity Increase Support the analysis of production flows and help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and increase capacity. Participate in block layout definition and comparison for MESA-M and MESA-G , focusing on industrial efficiency and flexibility Support duplication of bottleneck equipment and associated industrial concepts such as subassemblys or test areas Quality & Process Robustness Support review and improvement of critical quality processes, including torque and marking standards Participate in standardization and clarification of quality instructions and control points. Contribute to root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions where process deviations are identified Safety & Ergonomics Support safety improvement actions and participate in the review of workstation ergonomics, material handling solutions and equipment Contribute to the definition and deployment of industrial safety standards in collaboration with safety engineers and global guidelines Industrial Projects & Cross-functional Support Contribute to industrial projects such as ramp-ups and process improvements Work closely with Methods, Warehouse, Supply Chain Planning, Building/RE and central industrial teams Prepare analyses, presentations and reports for steering committees and project reviews Education : Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality, Operations or related field. Experience : 1- 2 years of experience in factory or production environment (internship and apprenticship are fully valued) Skills and mindset : Good understanding of industrial processes, manufacturing flows and basic quality concepts Ability to analyze layouts, flows and capacity constraints Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus Knowledge of ergonomics / HSE basics Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with multicultural teams Structured, pragmatic and proactive approach What's in it for me?
