What you'll do

Du übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle für die Qualität von SAP S/4HANA Product Compliance — einem der am stärksten regulierten Lösungsbereiche von SAP. Damit unterstützt du Unternehmen weltweit dabei die Compliance von Gefahrgütern und Gefahrstoffen zuverlässig und skalierbar zu managen.

 

In dieser Rolle:

• Verantwortung für die End-to-End-Teststrategie — du leitest aus Softwareanforderungen und Spezifikationen strukturierte, risikobasierte Teststrategien und konkrete Testfälle ab, die das Team zuverlässig umsetzen kann
• Gibst du Orientierung und unterstützt das Team — du coachst Kolleginnen, Kollegen sowie Entwicklerinnen und Entwickler bei der Testausführung auf Basis definierter Testfälle und setzt den Qualitätsstandard im Team
• Automatisieren was zählt — du konzipierst und implementierst automatisierte Testsuiten für Regression, Integration und Szenarioabdeckung mit modernen Tools wie ABAP Unit, OPA5 bzw. SAPUI5-Testframeworks oder vergleichbaren Lösungen
• Schwachstellen finden, bevor es andere tun — du führst tiefgehende explorative und funktionale Tests der S/4HANA Product Compliance-Funktionen durch, bevor sie bei Kundinnen und Kunden eingesetzt werden
• Qualität von Anfang an — du bringst Testdenken früh in den Entwicklungszyklus ein und prüfst Anforderungen sowie Designs auf ihre Testbarkeit
• Qualität transparent machen — du pflegst die Testdokumentation, analysierst Fehlerschwerpunkte und machst Risiken für Team und Stakeholder klar sichtbar

 

What you bring

• Mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Software-Qualitätssicherung
• Fundierte praktische Erfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA oder SAP ERP — idealerweise in Bereichen wie Product Compliance, EHS, Gefahrgut oder Materialwirtschaft
• Die Fähigkeit, Teststrategien und Testfälle aus schriftlichen Softwareanforderungen abzuleiten
• Eine strukturierte, detailorientierte Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit echtem Spürsinn für Bugs und Schwachstellen
• Die Fähigkeit, Qualitätskonzepte verständlich zu vermitteln und andere sicher durch die Testausführung zu begleiten
• Sicherheit im Arbeiten in einem agilen Umfeld mit regelmäßigen Releases

 

Nice to have:

• Du bist vertraut mit einschlägigen Produkt-Compliance-Vorschriften (z.B. GHS/CLP, REACH, Gefahrguttransport — ADR/RID/IATA)
• Frühere Berufserfahrung in der Chemie- oder Prozessindustrie
• Erfahrung mit Testautomatisierung in SAP-Umgebungen, zum Beispiel mit ABAP Unit, OPA5, BTP-basiertem Testen oder vergleichbaren Ansätzen
• Erfahrung mit Testmanagement- und Ticketsystemen (z. B. Jira, ServiceNow oder vergleichbar)
• Erfahrung mit ERP-Prozessen in den Bereichen Vertrieb & Lieferung, Einkauf oder Transportmanagement
• ISTQB-Zertifizierung oder vergleichbar
