We are seeking a strategic, self-starting Full-stack Web Developer to significantly enhance and manage our main website. Our website is a critical digital platform for customer discovery and lead generation, and your work will be instrumental in creating a best-in-class B2B web experience for the solar industry. This role offers end-to-end ownership of our web stack and a direct strategic impact on our marketing and business goals.

This position requires a proactive individual who thrives on autonomy. You will be responsible for defining and implementing the technical solutions and processes that optimize performance, improve organic growth, and refine the user journey. Working closely with the Web Manager and collaborating with our creative team, you will lead the technical execution, ensuring our platform is robust, user-friendly, and consistently performs at a high level.

Strategic Impact & System Mastery

  • Develop and Architect: Own the codebase and architecture of our website utilizing our core tech stack: Laravel (PHP), Statamic (CMS), Next.js (Node.js), Tailwind CSS.

  • Strategic Solutioning: Proactively identify and implement technical solutions and process improvements that enhance site stability, speed, and maintainability.

  • Component Engineering: Architect, build, and refine reusable CMS components, templates, and page layouts to ensure flexibility and consistency across the site.

  • Full Development Lifecycle: Manage the entire process from initial scoping and implementation through rigorous functional testing and deployment.

  • Ensure the website architecture remains scalable, modular, and maintainable as the company grows


Performance & Business Growth

  • Technical SEO Leadership: Champion and implement SEO best practices to maximize organic search visibility and support traffic growth.

  • Optimize core web vitals and overall site performance using modern best practices

  • Conversion Focus: Implement and iterate on web features and landing pages designed to enhance the user journey and drive lead conversions.

  • Build and maintain flexible, component-based systems that support variants and rule-based personalization

  • Support experimentation initiatives, including A/B testing and event tracking

  • Documentation & Standards: Maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation for all components, processes, and workflows.
