About the roleYour main missions:
- Participate in projects/programs as a project architect, at solution level, for the OSS domain (Incident/Problem management, Configuration management, Change management and Automation, Customer reporting, Monitoring & Observability, Knowledge management, Agentic AI, SLA management, Field Service management, Supply chain, Vendor & Carrier management.)
- Translate business & functional requirements to High Level Document (HLD) andensure that the solution description (HLD) is aligned with the overall architecture framework and the enterprise target state.
- Ensure architectural consistency and alignmentwith enterprise-wide architecture strategies.
- Participate when required in Agile Release Trains (ART) Program Increment Planning (PIP) to supportbuilding the architecture runways and ensure the technical and architecture alignment of the ARTs.
- Support the B2B Portfolio architect from “I use I need help” value streams to answer business needs in their transformation
- Support or Act as a customer architect to specific needs and comply with strategy & architecture
Your main activities
- You operate in a context of agility (SAFE model).
- You design and oversee the implementation of solutions that align with business requirements and B2B Portfolio strategies. You recommend solution principles (distribution of functions, data model, interfaces, choice of tools, integration plan, etc.).
- You describe the transformation steps from an as-is situation towards a target to be achieved.
- You collaborate with System Architects and delivery teams to ensure system designs are implementable and aligned with delivery constraints such as customer timelines and business plan.
- You contribute with B2B Portfolio Architects to ensure that solutions are aligned with broader Portfolio goals and enterprise architecture.
- You guide development teams in understanding and following architectural best practices and standards.
- You perform solution evaluations and recommend improvements for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- You ensure that solutions leverage appropriate technologies while remaining compliant with security and governance requirements.
- You challenge the architectures proposed by other architects.
- You support customer architecture to design an interim or target architecture that fit with pre-sales or delivery expectations.
Your qualifications:
- 15+ years total experience with 10+ relevant experience.
- Excellent client facing communication skills, to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage architecture in a large, scaled agile environment (functional, software & technical).
- Strong experience with Agility. A SAFe for Architect certification would be appreciated.
- Understanding of B2B Telecommunications products and processes: proven experience with industry frameworks like TM Forum, Open Digital Architecture (ODA), and telecom-specific technologies is a plus.
- Very good knowledge of ITIL processes for Operations Support Systems with hand-made solutions and COTS: Service Now, Splunk, UAA, Blue-planet, Microsoft Fabric.
- Knowledge of change automation infrastructure in a zero-touch-access approach: DEVOPS, NETOPS, GITOPS, AIOPS.
- Familiarity with modern architecture patterns, cloud technologies, and enterprise integration approaches.
- Proven experience with architecture governance on complex projects / programs, including key design decisions.
- Expertise in architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar is a plus.
- Experience in B2B Telecommunications products and processes. Knowledge ofTeleManagementForum (TMF) architecture.
- Working experience with enterprise architecture tools.
