Main Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Windows platform engineering team, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Define and implement the strategic vision for the Windows platform, aligning it with overall business objectives.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely completion and meet quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and QA, to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.

Core Requirements
Proven experience in software engineering management (experience with Windows platforms engineering is an advantage).
Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire teams.
