Are you ready to join the forefront of technology as a Senior Back-End Developer in Netcompany? 

As a Senior Back-End Developer you will:

• Develop, configure, maintain and document of software components based on the applicable design specifications
• Develop and integrate of technological components and with other applications
• Develop of interoperability components in accordance with the interoperability framework and integration of reusable components from other systems
• Develop of unit test specifications and performing these using the applicable toolset and infrastructure environment
• Design automation testing scripts for conducting unit testing and integration testing in development environment
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best development practices, improve code quality and security, and facilitate knowledge sharing
• Guide and mentor junior developers to foster skill growth, and maintain technical cohesion across development team
• Assist in the preparation/maintenance of technical documentation for components during their development, and other technical documents including installation and operation manuals

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• A University degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related technical field and minimum of 10 years of experience
• Deep professional experience with the Spring Framework and Spring Boot, specifically in building distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Kafka/IBM Event Streams, PostgreSQL, and Istio, with the ability to develop and support modern, event-driven microservices applications.
• Proven proficiency with CI/CD and version control tools, including GitHub CI/CD, SonarQube, Git, and GitHub, following DevSecOps and software development best practices.
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker/Podman, Kubernetes, OpenShift Container Platform, Helm, and JFrog Artifactory for deploying and managing enterprise applications.
• Proven track record of performing deep technical analysis and producing clear, comprehensive documentation for complex systems.
• Experience tackling the challenges that come with large-scale web applications and have the seniority to guide architectural decisions.
• Fluency in English (C1 level).
