As an Oracle EPM Lead Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of Oracle EPM Cloud Planning solutions. You will act as the primary bridge between architects and engineering teams, translating requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions while driving engineering excellence, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities across the EPM platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud Planning solutions.

  • Develop and maintain Groovy scripts, Business Rules, Calculation Manager artifacts, forms, dashboards, and automation frameworks.

  • Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation solutions.

  • Design and support integrations using REST APIs, Data Exchange, Data Management, and EPM Automate.

  • Drive platform stability, performance optimization, and operational excellence.

  • Explore and implement AI-enabled capabilities to improve planning efficiency, forecasting accuracy, user experience, and decision support.

  • Evaluate emerging Oracle EPM and AI capabilities and identify opportunities for adoption.

  • Ensure compliance with engineering, security, and risk standards.

  • Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and solution governance activities.

  • Mentor engineers and promote development best practices within the squad.
