Summer internship 2026

Make a first step towards your career in software engineering. Gain practical experience and learn from experienced mentors.

Being a part of Infobip Engineering department means working on an in-house developed product and delivering solutions on a global level. If you are a student of higher or final year of studies in the field of IT, join our software engineering internship program that starts in July 2026 and get a chance to land your first job at Infobip.

What this role is all about:

We are seeking a dedicated and intellectually curious Software Engineering Intern to join our engineering team, which is responsible for the development and operation of high-throughput systems that manage large-scale communication traffic, number configuration, publicly available API services, and AI-driven bots and automation solutions.

As a member of our team, you will contribute to systems that process significant volumes of real-time traffic, support the configuration and lifecycle management of communication numbers, and maintain APIs that serve external customers and partners at a global scale. Additionally, you will gain exposure to artificial intelligence initiatives, working alongside experienced engineers who design and implement intelligent automation workflows and conversational bots that enhance the capabilities of our platform.

This internship presents a valuable opportunity for students in the later stages of their studies to develop a practical understanding of distributed systems operating at scale, the principles of designing and maintaining secure and reliable public-facing APIs, and the application of modern AI technologies within a production environment.

We are seeking a well-organized individual who demonstrates the ability to navigate diverse technical challenges — from diagnosing traffic-related issues to contributing to AI integration efforts — and who possesses a strong willingness to learn how complex systems operate within a large-scale production ecosystem.

  • Use technologies you need to put your code to action such as Git, Maven and Jenkins

  • Work in agile environment and learn about agile methodologies
