Job Description

What you will do:

Work on modern data platforms, analytics solutions, process automation and new AI-enabled capabilities across multiple business domains
Develop advanced analytical and data engineering solutions supporting data analysis and ad-hoc insights.
Develop scalable, cloud-native data platforms and pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
Develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using modern cloud-native services.
Collaborate with analytics, product, engineering and partners to translate requirements into reliable, high-value data solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship, ensuring adherence to established engineering standards and quality procedures.
Develop data solutions using modern cloud technologies (e.g., S3, Redshift, Glue or equivalent services).
Take ownership of data solutions throughout their lifecycle, from requirements gathering and development to deployment and continuous improvement.
Explore and implement modern data, automation and AI technologies to improve operational efficiency and data quality

Qualifications

What you will bring:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related quantitative field.
4+ years of experience in the field of data analytics;
Experience designing data engineering solutions in AWS environments.
SQL expertise and programming skills (Python / PySpark preferred).
Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT, distributed processing and modern data architecture patterns.
Experience with integration patterns and secure data handling practices.
Experience working in Agile teams.
Analytical thinking and ability to collaborate with all kinds of partners.
