Position Overview
We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the development, optimization, and maintenance of our cloud-based systems. You will help build and improve features for an existing platform focused on security, time, and access systems, working within an agile environment and collaborating on innovative SaaS solutions.
What you will do
- Collaboration on the MATRIX project, development of a software-as-a-service platform
- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based features within an existing framework
- Deliver high-quality code following best practices and coding standards
- Actively participate in code reviews to ensure software excellence
- Participate in cloud architecture design and development processes
- Model and document cloud components efficiently
- Work independently on feature design and implementation in an agile environment
What we require
- Solid knowledge of AWS and cloud DevOps environments
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and container technologies (Docker, AWS Fargate)
- Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash
- Professional experience in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins)
- Strong knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows
- Experience with networking, network security, and cloud databases (e.g. PostgreSQL)
- Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Experience or interest in IoT technologies
