Designing complex systems for a cross-disciplinary organization
Developing hearing aid solutions involves complex systems where software, hardware, and cloud services work seamlessly together. As part of our Automation Framework team, you will play a key role in enabling efficient, reliable, and scalable development and release processes.
As a DevOps Engineer, you will be part of a SAFe system team of eight people, bridging development and operations. You will design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate processes, and ensure stable and secure delivery of our solutions. This role combines technical expertise with close collaboration across development teams, helping to improve quality, speed, and reliability in everything we deliver.
Development tasks from Design to Mass Production
In your new role, your responsibilities will include:
- CI system (TeamCity and Artifactory)
- VMware setups (creating and maintaining templates and deployment)
- Manage and troubleshoot Digi AnywhereUSB hubs
- Create and maintain Windows Services and tasks
- Optimize and maintain system overview dashboard
- Coding experience Python, Powershell, Kotlin
- GenAI agent building and maintenance
A backpack of DevOps, automation, and infrastructure experiences
With experience across DevOps, automation, and infrastructure, you enjoy optimizing systems and driving continuous improvements. You thrive in a collaborative environment where technology, innovation, and problem-solving go hand in hand.
Furthermore, you bring a:
- Relevant technical education in software engineering, IT, or a related field
- Experience working with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and build and release pipelines
- Hands-on experience with tools such as TeamCity, Artifactory, or similar platforms
- Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, PowerShell, Kotlin, or similar technologies
- Experience working with infrastructure, system setups, and virtual environments such as VMware
- Familiarity with Windows environments, services, and task automation is an advantage
- Interest in emerging technologies, including GenAI, automation solutions, and connected devices, with a continuous improvement mindset
As a person, you are a dedicated team player with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines. You are skilled in handling many interfaces and managing multiple priorities in parallel. You communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
