What you’ll do
- Strengthen security of industrial systems by designing robust, scalable and future-proof security architectures for complex OT environments
- Translate cybersecurity risks, business objectives and operational requirements into concrete architecture principles and technical designs
- Collaborate with clients, engineers and security teams to ensure effective implementation of OT security technologies and best practices
- Develop future-proof IT/OT security architectures, cyber strategies and security roadmaps for industrial environments
- Design OT security architectures at enterprise and solution levels focusing on network segmentation, zones & conduits, identity & access management, monitoring and secure integration between IT and OT
- Translate OT risk analyses, maturity assessments and technical findings into concrete architecture principles, design choices and implementation plans
- Advise on and guide selection, setup and integration of OT security technologies such as asset discovery, vulnerability management, secure remote access, logging & monitoring and incident response solutions
- Lead architecture tracks within complex OT security transformation programs and coordinate with stakeholders such as CISOs, OT managers, engineers, vendors and project teams
What they’re looking for
- Bachelor or Master in Automatisering, Elektronica, Informatica, Cybersecurity or related technical field
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in industrial cybersecurity, OT architecture, security engineering or IT/OT transformation
- Demonstrable experience designing OT and IT security architectures in industrial environments
- Experience with industrial communication protocols, OT network architectures and technologies from leading vendors
- Strong ability to translate technical risks and security requirements into practical architecture choices and feasible implementation plans
- Excellent command of written and spoken Dutch and English
- Willingness to travel internationally
