- Master’s degree or PhD in Information Technology or related field
Professional Experience
- Significant experience in IT architecture and software development roles
- Proven experience managing IT products with full technical end-to-end ownership
- Strong background in logistics and warehouse processes, data management, and solutions architecture
Leadership & Project Experience
- Demonstrated experience leading technical and/or data-driven projects
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills within cross-functional environments
- Application development leadership with hands-on contribution
Technical & Quality Focus
- Strong commitment to code quality, maintainability, and solution evolvability
- Experience implementing and sustaining CI/CD practices and development standards
Personal Skills & Mindset
- Innovative mindset with strong focus on user experience
- High level of autonomy and ownership
