What you’ll do
- Technical and methodological guidance of an agile in-house development team for software applications for complex photomask systems
- Cover all aspects of software development independently from technical specification and concept creation to design, implementation, testing, and technical documentation
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner Team to shape the product backlog regarding software derive features and user stories estimate plan and implement them in a cross-functional expert team
- Contribute to customer success on excellent products in close cooperation with Product Managers Project Managers Testers and Architects within an international environment
- Advise other departments product managers and engineers regarding software applications as an expert in the field
- Conduct training sessions on using the software systems and GUI
What they’re looking for
- Master's degree or equivalent diploma/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Natural Sciences
- At least 5 years of professional experience in software development
- Very good programming skills
- Experience with Windows applications using C#, C++, .NET, WPF, WinForms, Visual Studio, UML, NUnit, MSTest
- Knowledge of hardware-related software development under Windows in C++, C++/CLI, C# and P/Invoke using interfaces like TCP/IP, RS232, ADS
- Familiarity with process and project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps) and central version control (e.g., GIT)
- Very good German and English skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally

Ihre Rolle
fachliche und methodische Anleitung eines agilen in-house Entwicklungsteams
Softwareapplikationen für sehr komplexe Photomaskensysteme zur Herstellung von defektfreien Photomasken für die Chipherstellung der Halbleiterindustrie in unseren Softwareentwickler-Team entwickeln
in Ihrer vielseitigen und spannenden Tätigkeit alle Aspekte der Softwareentwicklung von der technischen Spezifikation, über Konzepterstellung, Design, Implementierung, Test und technischer Dokumentation eigenverantwortlich abdecken
im engen Austausch mit dem Product Owner Team das Produktbacklog im Bezug auf Software mitgestalten, Features und Userstories ableiten und gemeinsam im Softwareentwicklungsteam abschätzen, planen und umsetzen
in einem interdisziplinären Expertenteam und einem internationalen Umfeld an unseren exzellenten Produkten in enger Kooperation mit Produktmanagern, Projektleitern, Testern und Architekten zum Kundenerfolg beitragen
als Experte auf Ihrem Gebiet andere Abteilungen, Produktmanger und Ingenieure in Bezug auf die Softwareapplikationen beraten sowie Schulungen zum Umgang mit den Softwaresystemen und der GUI durchführen
Ihr Profil
einen Master-, gleichwertigen Diplom- oder Promotionsabschluss im Bereich Informatik, Ingenieurswissenschaft oder Naturwissenschaft
mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung
sehr gute Programmierfähigkeiten oder bereits mehrjährige Erfahrung mit der Entwicklung von Windows-Applikationen mit C#, C++, .NET, WPF, WinForms, Visual Studio, UML, NUnit, MSTest
Kenntnisse in hardwarenaher Softwareentwicklung unter Windows in C++, C++/CLI, C# und P/Invoke unter Verwendung von Schnittstellen wie TCP/IP, RS232, ADS
Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Vorgangs- und Projektverfolgungstools (z.B. JIRA, Azure DevOps) und zentraler Versionsverwaltung (z.B. GIT)
