Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Full Stack Developer (AWS) - Configuration Services (M/F)  to join our Configuration Services (DPCS) department based in Toulouse, France.

You will join the Configuration Services (DPCS) department, a core function where sustainable IT and digitalization (Skywise, DDMS) are transforming the future of flight. As part of our Information Management (IM) organization, we are the "life-blood" of Airbus, delivering harmonized Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) tools that support the entire aircraft journey—from initial design to delivery.

You will be part of an integrated, internal development team of 5 experts, embedded within a larger SAFe Agile Train of 130 people. Together, we manage a massive web platform and API ecosystem serving tens of thousands of worldwide users, ensuring a safe and protected digital environment.

Your working environment:

Global capital of aeronautics and European capital for space research, Toulouse is a dynamic city in the southwest of France served by an international airport. Ideally located between the Mediterranean sea and the Atlantic ocean and close to the Pyrenees mountains, it offers plenty of options for outdoor activities!

How we care for you:

  • Financial rewards: Attractive salary, agreements on success and profit sharing schemes, employee savings plan abounded by Airbus and employee stock purchase plan on a voluntary basis.

  • Work / Life Balance:  Extra days-off for special occasions, holiday transfer option, a Staff council offering many social, cultural and sport activities and other services.

  • Wellbeing / Health: Complementary health insurance coverage (disability, invalidity, death). Depending on the site: health services center, concierge services, gym, carpooling application.

  • Individual development: Great upskilling opportunities and development prospects  with unlimited access to +10.000 e-learning courses to develop your employability, certifications, expert career path, accelerated development programmes, national and international mobility.

At Airbus, we support you to work, connect and collaborate more easily and flexibly.    Wherever possible, we foster flexible working arrangements to stimulate innovative thinking.

Your challenges:

  • Define, build, and test value increments (User Stories) for the APS platform within an Agile feature team.

  • Lead the evolution of the hybrid architecture (LAN/AWS) by implementing modern Cloud-native patterns.

  • Ensure software reliability by implementing unit and automated tests, adhering to established design patterns and coding rules.

  • Actively participate in sprint planning, refinements, and retrospectives to estimate and mature business requirements.

  • Leverage your AWS mastery to share knowledge and foster the technical growth of other team members.

Your boarding pass:

  • Background in Computer Science or Software Development.

  • Required Experience: Significant experience (Confirmed/Senior) in Full Stack development, ideally within a complex industrial environment (PLM) or on high-load platforms.

  • Technical Knowledge: Mastery of the AWS ecosystem, Backend/Data: Java, SpringBoot, Python, Spark, Kafka, Frontend & DevOps: Angular, Docker, Git, and usage of AI tools (GitHub Copilot/Gemini).

  • Soft Skills: Team spirit (Agile SAFe), ability to share knowledge, autonomy, and integrity (compliance).

  • Language Proficiency: Advanced English (mandatory for the international context) and Intermediate French.

Not a 100% match? No worries! Airbus supports your personal growth with customized development solutions.
