In this role, you'll investigate product failures, identify root causes, and work closely with engineering and quality teams to improve our products. If you enjoy solving technical challenges, working with electronics, and driving continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you. 


Work model: Onsite #LI-onsite 

Your responsibilities 

  • Perform failure analysis of Low Voltage System Drives.  

  • Investigate root causes and support corrective and preventive actions.  

  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and quality teams to improve product reliability.  

  • Prepare technical reports and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.

  • Support reliability testing and field investigations.  

  • Contribute to the development of analysis methods, tools, and team processes.

  • Identify opportunities for continuous product and process improvement.  

  • Ensure compliance with ABB quality and safety standards.  

Your background 

  • Degree, certification, or equivalent experience in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.  

  • Understanding of electronics and electrical systems.  

  • Experience with failure analysis, troubleshooting, or root cause investigations.

  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality improvement principles is an advantage.  

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.  

  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.  

  • Fluency in English.  

  • A proactive mindset, curiosity, and willingness to continuously learn.
