In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as the technical lead for all engineering activities in assignments, electrical engineering being the foremost area of focus. Each day, you will ensure the activities related to all engineering disciplines within the project are executed in an efficient and cost-effective manner. You will also showcase your expertise by acting as a design authority for a particular engineering discipline and completing the corresponding engineering assignments.

Your role and responsibilities

• Collaborating on project installation, commissioning, and site activities, to clarify potential issues or provide solutions to rectify the engineering errors.
• Coaching the project engineers and designers on the translation of conceptual designs to engineering documentation, including modelling, prototyping, and calculations.
• Leading, supervising, and coordinating teams in all engineering disciplines (both in-house and outsourced) on projects.
• Creates work plans and cost estimates for the portfolio of projects in consultation with the respective project managers.
• Providing input and support to the Sales team in bidding studies.

Qualifications for the role

• Engineering Degree in Control, Electrical and Electronics or similar field
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in large multi facet electrical and control system projects
• Able to demonstrate experience in electrical engineering, working in Oil&Gas, Power Generation and industrial plant projects.
• Experience in site installation and commissioning works as well as design and project coordination/management. Extensive experience in LV/MV systems and Excitation.
• Able to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills to establish and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• No obstacles for travel.
• Good command of English, Turkish knowledge is a must
