Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to maximize equipment uptime, minimize unplanned downtime, and optimize maintenance strategies across our operations. This role is focused on implementing reliability-centered maintenance practices, conducting root cause failure analysis, and ensuring optimal performance of critical assets through technical expertise and strategic planning.

The work model for the role is onsite with home office option.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Buildings Business Area.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies for critical equipment and systems, conduct detailed root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence and monitor equipment condition and performance through vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and other diagnostic tools

  • Create and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to maximize asset availability, manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex equipment failures and performance issues

  • Develop equipment health monitoring systems and establish reliability KPIs and dashboards, provide technical guidance and training to maintenance technicians on best practices and procedures and support capital equipment selection and installation commissioning activities

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability and operational excellence and conduct failure trend analysis and recommend design modifications or upgrades

Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering

  • Еxperience in manufacturing or industrial environments

  • Proven expertise in reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and root cause failure analysis

  • Strong knowledge of condition monitoring techniques (vibration, thermography, ultrasound, oil analysis)

  • Experience with CMMS software (SAP, Maximo, or equivalent)

  • Proficiency in maintenance planning, scheduling, and budget management

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Strong communication in English and leadership abilities

  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals
