Architect scalable growth systems (MarTech, CRM) using TypeScript/GCP to scale global operations.
You'll help shape the Virtual Assembly Line (VAL) team, which builds and scales our growth and operations systems: MarTech, CRM, Payment, Fulfillment and Installation, so we can scale globally with maximum efficiency and quality.
Own technical direction across VAL's growth and operations engineering domain, keeping architecture aligned with product direction, and hold the team accountable for consistent execution of those decisions
Set the technical bar for the teams, stepping into the hardest problems yourself rather than just directing others
Translate business and product requirements into technical solutions that scale as we digitize the installation branches further
Architect our systems and APIs so AI agents operate as first-class users with machine-readable contracts
Drive VAL's shift to agentic engineering, reshaping how the team works so agents execute safely while humans stay accountable
Mentor and challenge engineers within VAL to accelerate their growth
Build a high-performing engineering culture within the VAL team
Embed security and reliability as direct customer value
AI-assisted development with Cursor / Claude and agentic coding workflows
